Part-time Flex Lead

Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to oversee daily operations on the floor, coach team members, and ensure a safe, high-energy guest experience. You’ll rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities, stepping in as Manager on Duty when leadership isn’t onsite.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and a knack for driving sales while maintaining Sky Zone’s WOW service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology including POS systems and MS Office; able to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety, guest satisfaction, and team accountability.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership by coaching and delegating to Team Members across all departments.
• Step into any operational area as needed (Programs, Café, Front Desk, Events) to maintain guest experiences and flow.
• Drive membership and program sales by engaging guests and promoting park offerings.
• Enforce safety policies and complete incident reports when necessary.
• Ensure opening/closing and shift procedures are executed consistently and keep the park clean and ready.
• Lead a rotation through Leadership Development and supervise Front Desk, Parties & Events, and Café operations.
