Job summary

Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead for a full-time, onsite role. You will rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, stepping in as MOD when on-site leadership isn’t present.

You’ll coach team members, uphold safety and guest satisfaction, drive memberships, and help maintain a high-energy, guest-centric park environment with Sky Zone’s WOW service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in retail, food & beverage, amusement/entertainment, or recreation preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and MS Office; quick to learn new platforms.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present; ensure safety and guest experience.
• Lead and coach team members across departments to maintain service quality.
• Drive guest engagement and memberships; promote park offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; ensure smooth shift operations.
• Rotate through Sales, Parties, and F&B/Facilities as needed to support operations.
