Job summary

Sky Zone in Gardena, CA seeks a Team Lead to rotate through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. This hands-on, early-leadership role steps in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on-site and helps run the park smoothly.

You will coach teammates, drive guest engagement, uphold safety, and manage shift openings/closings. The role requires 2+ years in ops or guest-facing roles, strong communication, and the ability to move about a busy, high-energy park while

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years progressive operations or guest-facing experience.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and standard office software.
• Able to lift 20 pounds and thrive in a high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM aren’t present, ensuring safety and operations.
• Lead guest interactions and drive park sales and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee rotations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are executed accurately and park remains clean.
