Job summary

Sky Zone, LLC in Duluth, MN is seeking a Team Lead to guide on-floor operations across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll act as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on-site, coach team members, and step into any area to maintain guest experiences and park flow.

This hands-on, fast-paced role requires at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, supervisory experience, and comfort with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred.
• Basic proficiency with technology and POS systems; comfortable with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when GM/OM are not present, ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
• Coach team members and delegate tasks across departments to maintain park flow.
• Lead in Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities as needed.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and safety guidelines are followed.
• Drive guest engagement and upsell park offerings.
