As part of a collaborative team, you will connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, build lasting relationships, and deliver a best‑in‑class experience through in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• Proficient in preparing personal and small business tax returns using professional software.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes; strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice for TurboTax clients.
• Act as community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and relationships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and virtually.
