Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for year‑round support. You’ll build local relationships, work with a team of financial experts, and help grow the client base through community outreach.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax preparation experience; PTIN required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week; training requirements.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms and be used for advertising.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) for year‑round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via Intuit video tools.
