Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll services.

You will build relationships within the local community, drive client growth, and deliver a seamless end-to-end TurboTax experience.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ returns per season) using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Onsite at TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage clients in-person and via TurboTax video tools to support their financial goals.
