Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, provide expert tax guidance, and drive local growth in TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will work with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, helping clients optimize refunds and plan for future taxes while expanding Intuit’s local presence through outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex returns.
• Be a proactive community ambassador with local growth duties and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
