Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and liaising with specialists for end-to-end service.

You’ll engage communities, deliver personalized tax solutions, and help clients achieve financial goals with Intuit resources and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Will upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.
• Training/compliance requirements apply; uniforms and advertising usage requested.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a proactive community ambassador and grow local client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across services.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term engagements.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
