Job summary

Intuit seeks enthusiastic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing a local client base and collaborating with a team of tax professionals.

You will engage clients in person and virtually, build lasting relationships, and connect customers with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attoney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location with 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to obtain state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base and represent the brand.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting relationships to convert one-time transactions into multi-year partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
