Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location. You will collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and build long-term client relationships in your community.

Based in the United States, you will engage clients face-to-face and via Intuit tools, grow the local client base, and act as the local face of TurboTax with a client-first mindset and strong service focus.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required for filing taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
