Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated Tax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support, while engaging with the local community to grow the client base and deliver end-to-end Intuit services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 1040 federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training by Intuit.
• Comfortable onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Ability to grow local client base and build relationships.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and ability to provide planning advice.
• Active PTIN required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Lead discovery sessions, review taxes, optimize deductions, and plan for future taxes.
• Develop local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Collaborate with teammates across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
