Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing service and community growth.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to complete required training and development; uniforms provided; willingness to use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Must reside within the United States; must have or obtain related state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be the local face of TurboTax, growing the client base through outreach and events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning as part of a full-service advisory.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and via Intuit video tools; help clients achieve financial goals.
