Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation at designated TurboTax locations in the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering expert tax advice and end-to-end service.

In this role you will build local relationships, participate in community outreach, and collaborate with a broad team to address complex tax scenarios while representing Intuit with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or Attorney credential preferred with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and nurture community relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and virtually.
