Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You will serve on-site with a team of financial experts, helping clients with personal and business taxes and connecting them to Intuit ecosystem services for year‑round support. Role emphasizes community outreach, client relationship building, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while working 20+ hours per week onsite.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Must complete required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow use of name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; holistic tax advisory experience valued.
• Experience using CRM/sales tools and tax prep software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local client base through outreach and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and helpful guidance.
