Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax support and build lasting local client relationships.

Responsibilities include hands-on tax preparation, personalized tax planning, and leveraging marketing tools to attract new clients while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Competenze

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Partner with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences with clear, personalized tax guidance.
