Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will serve in-person and virtual clients, delivering comprehensive tax solutions and connecting customers with Intuit’s ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Onsite TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 20 hours/week minimum.
• Complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and to use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Lead community outreach to grow local client base and participate in events with marketing support.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financial picture and guide to appropriate Intuit services.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver end-to-end TurboTax experiences.
