Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and client advisory services at a TurboTax location. You will work on-site, help expand the local client base, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You will engage with individuals and businesses, provide tax planning guidance, and utilize marketing tools to build long-term relationships while delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney credential preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex return types.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain strong client relationships.
