Job summary

Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services at a local TurboTax location. You will work with a collaborative team to support individuals and small business clients, with a focus on accurate tax outcomes and personalized client experiences.

You will grow the local client base, arrange community events, and connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience
• Active PTIN required to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location for at least 20 hours/week and 8:00–17:00 local time
• Must complete training and comply with company programs
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable using name in advertising
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships to build a client base
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools
• Build local relationships and trust to convert prospects into long-term clients
