Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

You will prepare taxes, provide tax advice, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax in the community. Hours include weekends; the position is non-exempt and requires wearing a TurboTax uniform and working in a

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN to file taxes.
State licenses/certificates permits or bonds as needed.
Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns experience with professional software.
Familiarity with Circular 230.
Onsite work at TurboTax locations, Sundays‑Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.
Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, convert prospects to clients.
Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
