Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building long-term client relationships in the local community.

You will engage prospects, expand the customer base, and participate in local marketing efforts. The role requires 20+ hours per week, weekend availability, and wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and nurturing leads.
• ProvideHands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and grow local client relationships through in-person interactions.
