Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, assisting customers with tax preparation, software support, and tax planning in a personable, accessible way.

You will grow the local client base through community engagement and provide exceptional customer service while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support. This is a non-exempt, onsite role with 20+ hours per week, including weekends, and offers

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
Must reside and work onsite in the United States and be available Sundays through Saturdays for at least 20 hours per week.
Familiarity with Circular 230 and related state licenses or permits.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan for future taxes.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships through proactive outreach.
