Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations, helping customers with tax preparation and advice. You will engage with the community, grow the client base, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

You will provide hands-on tax services, use TurboTax tools, and support clients in navigating personal and business tax needs while representing TurboTax in local markets.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

• Provide tax expertise including complete preparation and tax advice.
