Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking experienced TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, advisory services, and product support, while building local relationships and driving client growth.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, and requires a commitment of 20+ hours per week, including weekends. You will wear a TurboTax uniform and engage with the community to expand TurboTax’s

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and deductions.
• Experience filing federal and state returns with professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite in a retail environment.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan taxes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build local client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and participate in local marketing efforts.
