Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and assist customers using TurboTax products. Build local client relationships and support marketing efforts to grow the business in your community.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax expertise, and a customer-first mindset, with a uniform and 20+ hours per week (including Sundays/Saturdays).

Qualifications

• Must hold active EA/CPA/attorney license and PTIN.
• Must possess or be able to obtain relevant State licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 regulations.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/ flagship location, 20+ hours weekly, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging prospects and growing local client base with marketing support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, handling a range of personal and business scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, build trust, and develop long-term relationships with clients.
