Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will combine tax expertise with customer service to help individuals and small businesses complete税 returns using TurboTax products.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes community engagement, prospecting new clients, delivering accurate tax advice, and building lasting relationships while wearing a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state individual returns per season.
• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and attracting new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.

Skills

PTIN for filing taxes
