Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products while engaging with the local community. This non-exempt, on-site role involves building relationships, driving client growth, and delivering excellent customer experiences in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active tax licensure (EA, CPA, or attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, Sundays–Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tax returns for individuals and businesses using TurboTax products.
• Provide tax advice and planning in clear, everyday language.
• Build local client relationships and grow TurboTax client base in the community.
