Job summary

Intuit is seeking Tax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations across the United States. The role emphasizes hands-on tax preparation, advice, and service excellence in a front-facing retail setting.

You will grow TurboTax's client base locally, engage with the community, and deliver personalized tax solutions using Intuit tools and resources. The role is onsite and requires a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates permits or bonds may be required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations, Sundays-Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with simple to complex tax situations including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
