Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at local TurboTax locations. You will engage with both in-person and virtual clients, growing your local client base and representing the Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services—to deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid 1040 federal/state returns experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 guidelines.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite at TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week; hours 8:00–17:00.
• Must complete training and development as required.
• Willing to wear company uniform and be featured in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) to serve clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual channels.
