The role emphasizes community presence, local growth, and fostering long-term client relationships while guiding customers through complex tax scenarios with personalized service.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally, identify prospects through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours per week, with training and development.
