Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax advice and full preparation services at a local TurboTax center. You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, expanding the local customer base and connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualificações

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services with training

Responsabilidades

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions including bookkeeping, payroll, planning and Credit Karma
• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service and trust
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
