Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax prep, offer expert advice, and connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. As a community ambassador, you’ll grow your local client base, host educational events, and leverage marketing tools to build trust and lasting relationships.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid tax prep experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; can be used for advertising.
• Interest in building local/online social presence as a TurboTax Expert (community-focused).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, building local client base and relationships.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem, connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services.
• Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and ongoing engagement.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional and helpful service.
