Job summary

Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and fostering trusted relationships within the community.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists covering business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience; 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
