Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at new TurboTax locations in the United States.

You’ll work with in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax solutions and leveraging Intuit resources to maximize client value. You will collaborate across the Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and advisory services—while growing the local client base and building strong community relationships through

Qualifications

• EA/CPA with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years with 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; Circular 230 familiarity.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete training and development as required by the business, including compliance and cross-training.
• Must wear uniforms and may be asked to use name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - build a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - develop long-term trust to convert transactions into multi-year clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful service via in-person and video interactions.
