Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns at on-site TurboTax locations.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and collaborate across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. Qualifications

• EA or CPA with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri, min 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear company uniforms and participate in branding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client preparation.
• Handle personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Lead local outreach to grow TurboTax client base and community presence.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit customer experience in person and virtually.
