Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver in-person and virtual service, collaborate with specialists, and help clients navigate complex financial situations. You will grow the local client base, foster relationships, and leverage Intuit resources to provide end-to-end solutions across tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.
• Willingness to complete training and wear Intuit uniforms for advertising.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence in the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Lead local growth: outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, events, and partnerships with TurboTax tools.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and Credit Karma.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
• Maintain long-term client relationships through trust and ongoing support.
