Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert tax guidance, and software support while connecting clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem of services. You will grow the local client base, organize community events, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure each client leaves with a clear, complete financial plan and access to Intuit resources for year-round

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with internal tax and advisory teams for comprehensive client solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and virtually.
