Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations across the United States.

In this role you provide hands-on tax expertise, run full-service tax returns, and guide clients through complex scenarios while connecting them with the broader Intuit ecosystem. You’ll own the client experience locally, grow the TurboTax practice, and collaborate with tax professionals to deliver end-to-end support from inquiry to filing, with emphasis on accuracy, client trust, and

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to build and grow a local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to complementary services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
