Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services to individuals and small businesses, while collaborating with a network of specialists to ensure a seamless, end-to-end client experience. You will play a key role in growing the local TurboTax client base and building relationships within the community, leveraging Intuit tools and marketing support to drive

Qualifications

• EA or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and events.
• Work onsite 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
