Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location. You will work with clients in-person and virtually, providing expert tax guidance and connecting them to a broader suite of Intuit services to drive year-round prosperity.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite 20+ hours per week (Mon-Fri, 8:00–17:00).
• Willing to complete mandatory training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use name/picture for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local client base.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma services as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
