Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and advice at local TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will partner with specialists to deliver end-to-end services, from W-2s to complex tax scenarios, while growing the local client base. As a trusted advisor, you will engage with communities, deliver education, and leverage Intuit tools to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Build and grow a local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via video tools.
