Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join on-site teams across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, empower clients with expert tax guidance, and collaborate with specialists to cover business and personal tax needs.

You’ll grow the local client base, build relationships, and deliver a best‑in‑class experience. You will work in a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients, with training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid federal/state 1040 tax returns filed per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20+ hours/week; 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may appear in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Handle personal and business tax scenarios, deductions, and amendments.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services as needed.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events with TurboTax marketing tools.
