Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You'll help clients navigate complex tax scenarios, grow the local client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax in the community. A strong tax background and active PTIN/EA/CPA license are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with the community and participate in local marketing efforts.
