You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and delivering exceptional service. The role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and growing a trusted TurboTax presence in your area.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 tax returns using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice at TurboTax locations.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Assist with local marketing and outreach to make taxes accessible and approachable.
• Deliver excellent customer service and navigate complex tax scenarios for clients.
