Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services, helping clients maximize refunds while building a local client base.

The role requires onsite presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to engage with customers in a front-facing retail environment. Prior licensing and experience with tax software are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with TurboTax or similar software.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays through Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain client relationships.
