Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and building trust in the community.

You’ll represent TurboTax, leverage marketing resources, and help clients navigate tax complexities. A strong tax background, licensure, and a willingness to work in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local marketing and outreach with marketing support and resources.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit’s video communication tools; address client inquiries.
