Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support to customers in-person, using TurboTax software and CRM tools.

You’ll grow the local client base, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes. Ideal candidates have active tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Build long-term trust and relationships with clients, both in-person and via Intuit tools.
