This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support on-site, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with local marketing efforts to grow the

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite at TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail setting.
• Support local marketing and build community presence.
