Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver full-service tax returns, provide tax advice, and support TurboTax products while building local client relationships.

The role emphasizes on-site work, customer service excellence, and community engagement, with opportunities to grow a local client base and participate in marketing initiatives. A relevant license and PTIN are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed tax professional (EA/CPA/attorney) with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours/week including weekends; ability to wear TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex returns.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Deliver personalized tax advice and software support to clients in-store.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community engagement.
