Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building relationships and expanding the local client base. The role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit’s policies.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active as required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for the future.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with community and grow local TurboTax client base.
